Adani, Reliance, Lodha, JSW bid for 206-acre Mumbai redevelopment projects

Adani Properties, Reliance 4IR, Lodha Developers and JSW Realty & Infrastructure have submitted technical bids to redevelop three large housing colonies in Mumbai. The projects, overseen by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, cover a total of 206 acres across Worli, Bandra Reclamation, and Andheri West. The redevelopment will be executed under the construction and development agency model, which allows developers to manage rehabilitation while monetizing portions of the land through free-sale components.
