Adani Group acquires land in Mumbai’s Malabar Hill area for Rs.170-Cr

Adani Group has acquired a 1,1 acre land parcel in South Mumbai's Carmichael Road for INR 170 crore. The acquisition was executed through the Adani Group subsidiary, Mah-Hill Properties. The plot currently houses an old residential cottage spread over 2,760 sq ft.The plot will be either developed into a high-rise structure or a bungalow.
