Arkade Developers to acquire Filmistan Studios’ 4-acres in Mumbai for Rs.183-Cr
Mumbai-based Arkade Developers is to acquire Filmistan Studios' four-acre land in Mumbai’s Goregaon for INR 183 crore. Arkade plans to develop a residential project with a gross development value of INR 3,000 crore.Located on SV Road in Goregaon-West in north western Mumbai, the project is scheduled for tentative launch in 2026. It will be a uber-luxury residential development featuring spacious 3, 4, and 5 BHK residences along with penthouses across two high-rise towers of 50 storeys each.
