Arvind SmartSpaces acquires 35 acres in Pune for Rs.100-Cr
Arvind SmartSpaces, the property development arm of the Lalbhai Group, has acquired a 35-acre land parcel in Pune for INR 100 crore for its second real estate project. The land is in the Bhugaon micro-market of Pune and has a development potential of 1.3 million sq ft. This will be the firm's first large horizontal residential development project in Pune, which will consist of residential villas. Arvind had forayed into the Maharashtra market in early 2019 with the launch of its ‘Elan' project in Pune. The company has over 25 million sq ft of real estate development across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru and Pune.
