Ascendas to acquire 9 lakh sq ft warehousing space in Ahmedabad for Rs.275-Cr
CapitaLand-backed Ascendas Firstspace has entered an agreement for the forward purchase of approximately 9 lakh sq ft of Grade-A warehousing and industrial space in Bavla, Ahmedabad. The transaction is valued at around INR 275 crore.AARE Consulting, founded by Pratyush Pandey and Pankaj Galav, acted as the transaction advisor.The acquired space, developed by Crystal Group, will be delivered in stages over 18 months. The transaction structure enables Ascendas Firstspace to acquire the asset at the development stage while allowing Crystal Group to monetise and scale its development pipeline.
