Ashiana buys 22-acre Gurugram plot for Rs.200-Cr to develop 1,200 apartments

Ashiana Housing has bought a 22-acre land parcel in Gurugram from Ramprastha Group in a deal estimated at INR 200 crore. The land, located in Sector 93, Gurugram, has a development potential of 2.1 million sq ft. It will be used to develop a high rise residential project with 1,200 units, sized about 1,800 sq ft each, over the next 4-5 years.
