Aurum PropTech sells Navi Mumbai commercial towers for Rs.112-Cr

Mumbai-based Aurum PropTech has sold its two independent commercial towers, Q5 and Q6, located at Millennium Business Park in Navi Mumbai, for a total consideration of INR 112 Cr. The two towers encompass 142,000 sq ft of leasable space across 1.33 acres.These towers became part of Aurum PropTech's portfolio following its 2021 acquisition of insurance technology company Majesco. The proceeds from the transaction will be used to strengthen Aurum’s development of intelligent digital infrastructure for the real estate sector.
