Autocomp supplier Samvardhana Motherson acquires office space in Mumbai’s BKC for Rs.100-Cr
Mumbai-based Samvardhana Motherson International has acquired three office units in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) for about INR 100 crore. Real estate consultancy firm JLL served as the transaction advisor for the deal.The acquired office space is located on the 13th floor of One BKC, a commercial building, and totals 6,986 square feet. The purchase includes three units: 1301A (1,793 square feet for INR 25.44 crore), 1301B (2,726 square feet for INR 38.68 crore), and 1318 (2,467 square feet for INR 35.86 crore).The company plans to use this space for its front office operations. Samvardhana Motherson International's registered office is also located in C Wing, One BKC.
