Avenue Supermarts acquires commercial property in Thane for Rs.99-Cr

Mumbai-headquartered DMart retail stores operator Avenue Supermarts has acquired a commercial property located in Kolshet, Thane, for INR 99.27 crore. The transaction involved the purchase of the ground, first, second, and third floors, along with the upper basement parking in Building No. 6 from Regency Shelters.The acquired property features a built-up area of 6,530.86 square metres, which includes 46 car parking spaces and 47 two-wheeler parking spots.Avenue Supermarts plans to use the property to expand its portfolio of owned commercial real estate assets.
