Blackstone Real Estate acquires Embassy Industrial Parks for Rs.5,250-Cr

Private Equity investor Blackstone has acquired Bengaluru-based Embassy Industrial Parks from Warburg Pincus and Embassy Group for INR 5,250 crore. Embassy Industrial Parks owns 10.6 million sq ft of modern Grade A logistics and warehousing assets near Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad and Pune. These are leased to leading e-commerce and retail players. Founded in 1993, Embassy Group has a portfolio of over 62 million sq ft of prime commercial, residential and industrial space in India.
