Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan sells apartment in Mumbai's Worli for Rs.46-Cr

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has sold a luxury apartment in the nearly-completed mixed-use skyscraper ‘Three Sixty West' at Worli in Central Mumbai, for INR 45.75 crore. He had bought the apartment in the project being developed by Oberoi Realty in November 2014 for INR 41.14 crore. The transaction for the apartment with a view of the Arabian Sea on the 37th floor, has attracted stamp duty of INR 2.28 crore. The buyer of the 7,527-sq-ft apartment will also get exclusive access to four car parks.
