Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh buys luxury quadruplex in Mumbai's Bandra for Rs.119-Cr

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has bought a sea-view luxury quadruplex apartment in the super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham on Bandstand in Mumbai's plush Bandra locality for INR 119 crore. The agreements for the transaction were registered between Singh and seller Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP. As part of the deal, Singh will get exclusive access to a total 19 car parking slots in the building. The apartment, which is spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the tower, has a total 11,266 sq ft of carpet area and a 1,300 sq ft exclusive terrace. The deal is valued at over 1 lakh per sq ft. Singh has bought the apartment through a firm named Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP that counts Singh and his father Jugjeet Sunder Singh Bhavnani as partners. The firm has paid total stamp duty worth INR 7.13 crore for the transaction.
