Brigade acquires 4 acres in Hyderabad for Rs.477-Cr
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises Ltd has acquired a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis Phase 3, Kokapet, Hyderabad, for INR 477 crore. The acquisition was made through an e-auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority at a price of INR 118 crore per acre.Established in 1986, Brigade Group develops projects across residential, office, retail, hospitality, and education sectors in cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.The company is also developing a nearby land parcel (Plot No. 8) into Brigade Gateway, a mixed-use development in Neopolis. This project will feature an Orion Mall, the World Trade Center Hyderabad, a five-star deluxe InterContinental hotel, and residential towers with a clubhouse.
