Brigade Group acquires 5.72 acres in Hyderabad for residential project
Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises Ltd has acquired a 5.72-acre land parcel in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, at a price of INR 44 crore per acre.Brigade Enterprises plans to launch a premium residential development on this site.
