Bungalow on Bengaluru's Lavelle Road sold for Rs.27.5 Cr

An ancestral bungalow on Lavelle Road in Bengaluru spread across 4,300 sq ft has been sold at INR 27.5 crore, which works out to INR 64,000 per sq ft for the land. The property has a built-up area of 6,000 sq ft. About five years ago, land value on Lavelle Road was at INR 40,000 per sq ft. Meanwhile, Prestige Group has resold an 8,321 sq ft apartment in Kingfisher Towers, on Vittal Mallya Road, for INR 35 crore. Sadhwani Real Estate Holdings is said to have facilitated both transactions.
