CIDCO expects sale of 12 plots in Navi Mumbai to fetch Rs.450-Cr
The Maharashtra government's city planning body, City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO), expects to generate at least INR 450 crore by selling 12 land parcels through an e-auction in Navi Mumbai for residential and commercial developments. A reserve price is set for each of these plots spread over half an acre to two acres located in nodes like Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel in Navi Mumbai.
