DB Realty wins legal case regarding Mumbai land parcel

DB Realty has won a legal case regarding the title of a land owned by the company in Mumbai and will now develop a 2 million sq ft office complex. The company's subsidiary Esteem Properties owns about 22,000 sq m of land at Andheri (East) in Mumbai and was the subject matter of a Public Interest Litigation.
