Dream11 co-founder's wife Rachana Jain buys luxury duplex in South Mumbai for Rs.72-Cr

Rachana Jain, wife of fantasy sports platform Dream11 co-founder Harsh Jain, has purchased a luxury duplex apartment in a project 33 South on South Mumbai's Peddar Road for INR 72 crore at nearly INR 1 lakh per sq. ft. While this is a single amalgamated duplex on the 29th and 30th floors, the apartments in the north and south wing of the tower have been registered separately. She has paid stamp duty worth INR 2.88 crore for two transactions.
