ED says arrested builder Sanjay Chhabriaa also diverted Rs.678-Cr loan
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) alleged that arrested builder Sanjay Chhabriaa had availed an additional loan of INR 678 crore in the name of Flag Industries Pvt Ltd from DHFL to construct a club house in his Santacruz project, Avenue 54, but the money was diverted and part of it had been used to repay the loan his group companies had taken for its “One BKC†project. The court extended Chhabriaa's ED custody till Friday.
