ESR acquires 44-acres in Chennai's Oragadam to expand logistics park; to invest Rs.260-Cr
Logistics development platform ESR has acquired and added a 44-acre land parcel to its existing park in Chennai's Oragadam locality and will invest INR 260 crore, including the land cost, for construction and development of this property. This acquisition will help the company expand its facility to 80 acres.
