Essar Group co buys luxury duplex at Samudra Mahal in Mumbai's Worli for Rs.42-Cr

Essar Group company Essar Steel Metal Trading Co has bought a sea-facing luxury duplex apartment at Samudra Mahal in Mumbai's posh neighbourhood of Worli for INR 42 crore. The deal values the luxury pad at more than INR 1.44 lakh per sq ft. The duplex spread over 3,638 sq ft carpet area is on the 21st and 22nd floor of the sea-facing building on Dr. Annie Besant Road.
