Everest Ind to sell 23-acre land in Coimbatore for Rs.134-Cr to G Square Realtors
Publicly listed Everest Industries is to sell a 23.32-acre land parcel in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to G Square Realtors for INR 133.85 crore, to be paid in three tranches. The company has already received the first tranche of INR 7 crore upon signing the term sheet on August 28, 2025.The second tranche of INR 8 crore will be payable after securing an amendment to the environmental clearance. The balance of INR 118.85 crore will be released upon execution of the sale deed in four months.Everest offers building materials and solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including roofing, ceiling, wall, flooring, and cladding products, as well as pre-engineered steel buildings (PEBs).
