Experion Developers to invest $350-M in India market

Experion Developers will invest USD 350 million in the next 30 months to expand its commercial and residential portfolio across the country. The Indian arm of Experion Holdings, Singapore - a real estate investing arm of the USD 2.5 billion AT Holdings group of companies - has so far focused on Gurugram and Lucknow. It plans to enter Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai markets.
