Fractional ownership co. hBits invests Rs.55-Cr in Grade A commercial asset in Thane
Mumbai-based fractional ownership platform hBits has launched a new asset in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The Grade A investment opportunity amounts to INR 54.66 crore. The commercial asset is located at Ashar IT Park, Wagle Estate, Thane.This addition marks the 16th property in hBits’ expanding investment portfolio, taking the total assets under management (AUM) to about INR 500 crore.The newly launched asset offers an entry yield of 8.75 % and an expected internal rate of return (IRR) of 15.16 %. It is fully leased to the French multinational Teleperformance that specialises in customer experience management with over 10 billion euros in revenue (nearly INR 89,000 crore).
