Fractional realty platform hBits acquires 17,422 sq ft in Mumbai's Andheri for Rs.18-Cr

Tech-enabled fractional real estate ownership platform hBits has acquired 17,422 sq ft at Andheri East, Mumbai for INR 18 crore. The company has acquired two floors in the asset and will raise the investments from the investors. The startup has already achieved investments worth INR 100 crore from its six existing assets. The company has registered over 20,000 customers on its platform. The company is using machine learning and blockchain technology to create transparency of information and increase the ease and security of transactions for investors. The asset, already leased to an MNC, is located in Andheri East, a commercial hub close to Mumbai's Airport and Metro Station.
