Gaurs Group acquires land in Noida from JayPee for Rs.200-Cr

Noida-based Gaurs Group has acquired a land parcel in Jaypee Greens in Noida for Rs 200 crore to develop a luxury group housing complex. The company plans to develop 1.3 million sq ft of premium residential space with an additional investment of Rs 500 crore. The 500 high-end apartments will be spread across nine towers, with sizes ranging from about 3700 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft. The fully-paid licensed land was with the Induslnd Bank and the company is now awaiting the Real Estate Regulatory Authority's approval to start the project.
