Godrej Properties acquires 2 land parcels for Rs.1,325-Cr
Publicly listed real estate company Godrej Properties has acquired two land parcels for INR 1,325 crore.The acquisitions include an 11.36-acre parcel in Gurugram for approximately INR 1,000 crore through an outright purchase and a 5-acre parcel in Kolkata for about INR 325 crore, secured through a bid. The realty firm intends to develop housing projects on these acquired land parcels.Godrej Properties projects a revenue of about INR 6,150 crore from the residential developments in the acquired land parcels.
