Gurugram civic body to block property IDs of projects owned by Chintels India
The Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) has directed the head of its no-dues certificate (NDC) portal to block and cease updating property IDs of Chintels Paradiso and other projects of the developer. The corporation's taxation department has also directed the official in charge of issuing NDCs to refrain from registering any documents projects owned by Chintels India.
