Haryana RERA asks 17 builders to refund Rs.50-Cr to homebuyers
The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) has ordered 17 builders to refund INR 50 crore to homebuyers for not delivering housing units on time. The money is to be refunded with interest at 9.70 % within 90 days. Raheja Developers alone has to refund close to INR 12 crore to 11 homebuyers.
