Haryana TCP dept orders cancellation of Brahma City's licence

Haryana's town and country planning department principal secretary has directed the director of the department to take action regarding cancellation of licence of Brahma City Pvt Ltd (earlier Krrish Buildtech Pvt Ltd) Gurugram. The firm had been issued a licence earlier to develop the city's Sectors 60 to 65. The principal secretary passed these orders while disposing of an appeal filed by the complainant, MVN Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. MVN Infrastructure Pvt Ltd argued that the developers of Brahma City Gurugram have violated the terms of the licence given to them, as they have sold the same plot multiple times.
