NTT Global Data Centres , an arm of Japan's NTT Group, has acquired a commercial property in Chandivali, suburban Mumbai, for INR 559.24 crore. The property was sold by Tushar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd, owned by Tusshar Kapoor, and Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd, owned by actor Jeetendra.The acquired property, located in Balaji IT Park, spans over 30,195 sq m and includes a ground plus ten-storey building, DC-10, which houses a data centre, and an adjacent four-storey diesel generator structure.
