Kohinoor Group buys 32-acres in Pune's Wagholi for Rs.200-Cr

Realty developer Kohinoor Group has acquired a 32-acre land parcel in Wagholi locality of Pune from Goel Ganga Group for over INR 200 crore. The land parcel has a development potential of around 5 million sq ft saleable area. It is likely to be developed into a residential-cum-commercial project.
