Lodha, Encube Ethicals ink pact to develop R&D centre in 25-acre Lifesciences Hub

Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers), has entered into a pact with Encube Ethicals, an integrated pharmaceutical company, to develop a research and development centre spread over around 1 lakh sq ft at Palava near Mumbai. The project is part of the Lodha Lifesciences Hub, spread across 25 acres. Expected to be completed by 2023, the project will entail the development of Encube Ethicals' R&D Centre of Excellence. It will be carried out in two phases and the first phase will be delivered by next year.
