Lodha acquires devt rights for 4.3 acres in South Mumbai’s Malabar Hill for Rs.621.71 Cr
Mumbai-based Lodha Developers has acquired development rights for a 4.3-acre land parcel in Malabar Hill, Mumbai, for INR 621.71 crore. The estimated development potential of the project is nearly INR 2,800 crore.The land parcel currently contains six bungalows and other structures and is owned by the Sorabji Kanga Charity Trust.
