Logistics player ESR acquires 8 acres in Delhi from realtor TARC
Logistics development platform ESR has acquired around 8 acres of land in Delhi from real estate firm TARC to expand its operations in the city.The in-city warehouse has a development potential of around 4 lakh sq ft and is located in Alipur, Delhi-NCR. This is the second warehouse asset sale by the real estate firm TARC. Last year, it sold a warehousing asset in North Delhi to BREP Asia II EIP Holding (NQ) Pte Ltd for INR 295 crore.
