M3M acquires 1.3 acres in Gurugram for Rs.200-Cr

Real estate developer M3M has acquired a 1.3 acre land parcel for INR 200 crore in Gurugram's Sector-25 through e-bidding held by Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran. The company will develop about 300,000 square feet of retail and office space with an additional investment of INR 250 crore. The project will be a mix of retail space, multiplexes, and offices.
