M3M India plans to acquire land in Noida for Rs.2,500-Cr
Real estate developer M3M India has committed Rs.2,500-Cr toward land acquisition in the coming months, mostly in Noida. This investment is being financed through customer receivables and existing cash reserves.M3M India has identified 7.8 million sq. ft. for completion by the end of the current financial year, which includes premium residential and mixed-use commercial projects. The developer has already secured occupancy certificates for all five of its recent developments.
