Madhav Group buys 10-K sq yard plot in Ahmedabad's Bodakdev area for Rs.250-Cr

In what is pegged to be the most expensive land deal in the Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad, the sale of a 10,000 sq yard plot in the area was closed recently for INR 250 crore. That works out to INR 2.5 lakh a square yard. The plot was bought by Madhav Group, which will build a 30-32 storey residential building with about 260 apartments. The cost of the project will be around INR 350 crore.
