Mahindra Lifespace to invest Rs 6,000-Cr in residential business by FY28
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, plans to invest around INR 6,000 crore in residential business over the next four years.The move is to drive its business growth in residential business, which is targeted to increase fivefold from INR 2,268 crore to INR 8,000 crore by the financial year 2028. The company is set to come up with a pipeline of projects with a gross development value of INR 45,000 crore during this period. The three focus cities that the firm is targeting are Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru.
