Mastek Ltd is selling its commercial building located at Mahindra World City, SEZ, Chengalpattu, near Chennai, to Caresoft Mobility . The transaction is valued at INR 60 crore. Care Soft provides IT solutions and IT infrastructure management services in Tamil Nadu.The commercial building features an approximate built-up area of 1,57,233 sq ft on leased land measuring 15.50 acres at Mahindra World City. The payment will be made in two tranches.
