Merlin Group acquires 3.3 acres near Pune’s Koregaon Park for Rs.273-Cr
Kolkata-based Merlin Group has acquired a 3.26-acre land parcel in the Mundhwa locality near Koregaon Park in Pune for INR 273 crore.Merlin Prime Spaces, an arm of the property developer Merlin Group, is looking to build a commercial project on the land parcel with a total investment of over INR 1,000 crore, including the land cost. The company plans to invest around INR 800 crore toward construction, development and other costs related to this project.
