MHADA inks pact with Chadha Developers for affordable housing township
The Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chadha Developers & Promoters to develop an integrated residential project spread over 80 acres near Mumbai under a public private partnership. Chadha will be investing around INR 1,100 crore to develop the project in Vangani over the next four years. The project will comprise 8,228 apartments across 133 buildings, and 50% of these will be reserved under the government's affordable housing support scheme PMAY-Urban.
