Mindspace REIT acquires commercial property Q-City in Hyderabad for Rs.512-Cr

K Raheja-backed, Mumbai-based Mindspace Business Parks REIT (real estate investment trust) has acquired a commercial asset called Q-City (owned by Mack Soft Tech), a 810,000 sq ft office campus spread over 6 acres of land in Hyderabad’s Financial District for over INR 512 crore. This is the listed Real Estate Investment Trust’s (REIT) first-ever third-party acquisition outside its existing portfolio parks.The asset is located opposite the US Consulate and within 1 km of the upcoming Wipro Circle metro station. It will be rebranded as ‘The Square, 110 Financial District’.
