Nimbus to take over stalled Sunworld Arista project in Noida for Rs.1,000-Cr
New Delhi-headquartered real estate developer Nimbus Projects Ltd will invest nearly INR 1,000 crore to revive the stalled Sunworld Arista housing project at Sector 168 in Noida.Through this investment the company will get about a million sq ft of saleable area and is expecting INR 1,400 crore revenue from the project.
