Over 20 investors allege cheating by Pune's Lunkad Realty

Lunkad Realty owner Amit Lunkad (43) was booked by the Yerawada police for duping an investor for INR 22 lakh. Immediately after the complaint was registered, Lunkad repaid INR 22 lakh to the complainant. Later, three more investors approached the police and Lunkad repaid their money too. However, over two dozen complaints have been filed accusing Lunkad of not repaying them. Over 23 investors have approached the crime branch against Lunkad Realty for allegedly cheating them of over INR 25 crore. He was produced before the sessions court, which remanded him to judicial custody.
