Pharma co. Gufic acquires luxury duplex in Mumbai’s Juhu for Rs.236-Cr

Pharmaceutical company Gufic has acquired a luxury duplex apartment from V Hotels in the under-construction Lodha Avalon project located on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai. The property spans a carpet area of 19,694 sq ft and includes 10 car parking spaces and is valued at INR 236.33 crore.Gufic is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of pharmaceutical and herbal products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and lyophilised injections.
