Premium managed-space provider Skootr to expand portfolio to 4 mn sq ft across cities
Premium managed office space provider Skootr plans to expand its portfolio to 4 million sq ft from the current 4 lakh sq ft on the back of a rise in demand for flexible spaces by the large corporates. The Gurugram-headquartered firm is in talks to acquire assets in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai. In addition, it will expand in cities where it exists now - Gurugram, Hyderabad and Jaipur. The company has decided to not go for space less than 50,000 sq ft and has not kept any upper limit. Top
