Prestige Group exits Delhi luxury project with Rs.450-Cr
Bengaluru-based Prestige Group exited the luxury project deal in Delhi's Kasturba Gandhi Marg by selling the property for INR 450 crore to a Jharkhand- and Kolkata-based businessman. The group had acquired this property from TDI Infratech in 2023 for approximately INR 300 crore.The 5,100 square-yard property was intended for a luxury project comprising 8-9 boutique apartments, each projected to be priced at INR 70 crore and above, with an estimated revenue potential of INR 700 crore. Prestige Group had previously cleared a loan of about INR 225 crore associated with the asset.
