Pristine Landmark to buy 4.2 acres in Pune’s Vadgaon for Rs.250-Cr
Realty developer Pristine Landmark Spaces LLP is to acquire a land parcel spread over 4.2 acres in Pune’s Vadgaon Sheri locality in a transaction valued at INR 250 crore.The agreement was registered on February 4, with a stamp duty payment of INR 17.5 crore. The sellers in the transaction are Kumar City Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. and Kumar Urban Development Private Ltd.
