Realtor Bagmane buys Cognizant’s Chennai property for Rs.612-Cr
Bengaluru-headquartered real estate developer Bagmane Group has acquired the 13.68 acre Chennai office property of technology company Cognizant Technology Services at Okkiyam Thoraipakkam off Old Mahabalipuram Road.Bagamane Constructions plans to redevelop the property and construct high-rise mixed development towers.
